Lixit feels very honored to be named Family Friendly Business of the Year by the Napa Chamber of Commerce. Lixit received this honor because of the flexible policies that make it easy for employees to enjoy their family time, the play room for employee children, and the office that is always open to pets. On any given day you will find Wednesday and Tahoe lounging by desks and as many as 5 kids playing in the playroom. Not to mention the 4 pets that live in the factory full time! It makes for a very homey and happy atmosphere in the factory.
